Saudi Super Cup rivals Al Hilal and Al Nassr faced off in an intense semifinal match on April 8, with Al Hilal ultimately emerging victorious with a 2-1 scoreline.
Cristiano Ronaldo, who recently joined Al Nassr, made his mark in the match by scoring an equalizer in the 74th minute. However, Al Hilal's Luciano Vietto and Salem Al-Dawsari scored goals in the 13th and 48th minutes, respectively, to secure the win for their team.
The match was a highly anticipated encounter between two of Saudi Arabia's top football clubs. Al Hilal is the defending Super Cup champion, while Al Nassr is looking to add to their trophy cabinet with Ronaldo on their side.
The game was played in front of a packed crowd at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh. Al Hilal took the lead early on through Vietto's goal, but Al Nassr fought back and equalized through Ronaldo's strike.
However, Al Hilal proved to be too strong on the night and Al-Dawsari's goal in the second half sealed the victory for the team.
Al Hilal will now face Al Feiha in the final of the Saudi Super Cup on April 11.
